Register online through the Ice Cream Alliance's Register to visit page; registration is handled by Jonas Event Technology and takes a couple of minutes, with an option to add colleagues.

Visitor entry is free for Ice Cream Alliance members and their staff.

Contact the Ice Cream Alliance head office, which handles stand sizes, availability and the floor plan. Members get priority booking and preferential rates.

About this event

The Ice Cream & Artisan Food Show is the only UK trade show dedicated to ice cream and artisan food. Run by the Ice Cream Alliance, the UK trade association for ice cream makers, retailers and mobile vendors since 1944, it fills one hall at the NEC Birmingham for two days with suppliers, talks and demonstrations. It draws more than 7,000 trade visitors looking for ingredients, equipment, packaging and services.

Who attends

Trade visitors from across the ice cream and artisan food sector: manufacturers, ice cream parlours and cafés, mobile vendors, retailers and food businesses sourcing new suppliers and products. Visitors register with their business details and type of business.

What's on

Every supplier the trade needs is gathered in one hall, alongside a full programme of talks and live demonstrations. Exhibitors range from small shell-scheme stands to large space-only builds, and Ice Cream Alliance members receive priority booking, preferential stand rates and an entry in the show guide.

Members of the Ice Cream Alliance and their staff get free visitor entry. The Alliance also runs industry competitions such as Parlour of the Year and the Golden Scoop Awards.
