Wednesday 14 October: 09:30–17:30. Thursday 15 October: 09:30–16:30.

How much does it cost?

Attendance is free; seminars and keynotes are free on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I get a visa invitation letter?

No. The organiser cannot issue visa letters, but the registration confirmation email is usually sufficient for applications.

About this event

Unified Communications EXPO (UCX) London is a free two-day event for people who select and implement collaboration, contact-centre and customer-experience technology. Co-located with Digital Transformation EXPO (DTX) at ExCeL London, it pairs an exhibition of UC, AV and CX vendors with content stages on AI, automation and the future of work.

2026 themes

This year's programme looks at balancing AI with human expertise, deploying AI in customer experience, the convergence of AV and IT, secure agentic AI, closing the gap between deployment and operation, and skills and accessibility in technology change.

Who attends

UCX is a business-to-business event for IT, UC, AV and customer-experience teams from all sectors. Students may only enter after 2pm on day two, and under-16s are not admitted. Badges give access to all theatres at DTX, UCX and DCX.
