About this event

Food & Hospitality Week, formerly Foodservice Australia, is Australia's longest-running foodservice trade event. The 2027 Melbourne edition brings four co-located shows under one roof, connecting restaurant, cafe, pub, hotel and catering operators with suppliers of food, drink, equipment and technology.

Stages and competitions

Six education stages run across the three days, including a Business Stage, Tech Stage, Cafe Success Stage, Chef's Table, a bakery, patisserie and gelato stage, and pizza and pasta demonstrations. The show also hosts national competitions such as Professional Chef of the Year, the Australian Pizza Championships, Australia's Best Burger, Battle of the Butchers and Australian Emerging Patissier of the Year, plus an Aged Care Catering Summit.
