About this event
Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España is one of the world's most influential gastronomy congresses. Its 25th anniversary edition takes place on 1, 2 and 3 February 2027 at IFEMA Madrid, with a special programme honouring the congress's legacy in fostering the global exchange of culinary knowledge.
A bigger 25th edition
For 2027 the congress expands beyond the ground floor of Hall 14, where it has been held until now, to also occupy the whole of Hall 12 at IFEMA Madrid, giving room to all its stages, its parallel congresses and the exhibition.
