Anuga 2027

Anuga is Koelnmesse's global marketplace for food and beverages, held every two years in Cologne. Its concept splits the industry into ten specialist trade shows under one roof, so buyers from retail, wholesale and foodservice can meet global players and up-and-coming brands, sample new products and alternative proteins, and strike deals over five days.

Who can attend

Anuga is open to trade visitors only: decision-makers in management, purchasing, store management, sales and marketing from food and drink retail and wholesale, co-operatives, drugstores and health food stores, importers and exporters, food manufacturers and their suppliers. Proof of trade status is required when buying a ticket.

The 2025 edition was the largest in Anuga's history, with more than 8,000 companies from 110 countries and over 145,000 trade visitors from more than 190 nations.
