About this event
Cibus, the International Food Exhibition, is the most important trade fair for the Italian agri-food sector, held by Fiere di Parma in the heart of Italy's Food Valley. The 2027 edition brings major Made in Italy food brands, consortia and PDO, PGI and TSG producers together with a selection of specialty producers, and with buyers from large retail and foodservice who come to source Italian products and plan the industry's next moves.
