gamescom 2027

gamescom in Cologne is the world's largest event for computer and video games and a key business platform for the games industry. Alongside the public entertainment area, it runs a trade-only business area, the gamescom biz matchmaking platform, the gamescom dev developer conference and the gamescom congress. The 2027 edition starts with gamescom dev on 23 August; 25 August is the Business and Media Day and the show opens to the public from 26 to 29 August.

Business area

The business area is reserved for exhibitors, trade visitors and media. It offers meeting space away from the show floor, where publishers, developers, platform holders and service providers negotiate deals and see new games and technology before the public does. It is open from 25 to 27 August 2027 and closed at the weekend.
