About this event

JIBEX is the Jeddah International Building Exhibition, a trade show focused on the construction market of Saudi Arabia's Western Region. Its fifth edition gathers local and international suppliers of building materials, equipment and systems with the contractors, consultants and developers driving residential, commercial and infrastructure projects around Jeddah. It runs alongside the MOBEDEX furniture and décor show at the same venue.

Exhibition sectors

The show floor spans the full building supply chain, from structural materials to building services and finishes.

Who attends

The exhibition targets professionals who specify and buy for building projects in the region: contractors, engineering consultancies, architects, real estate developers, procurement teams and distributors, alongside companies looking to enter or grow in the Jeddah market.

Why it matters

Construction is described by the organizer as the second-largest non-oil sector in Saudi Arabia, with major projects launching across the Kingdom. JIBEX positions itself as the main building exhibition for the Western Region, giving suppliers direct access to buyers outside the Riyadh market.

JIBEX 2027 – Jeddah International Building Exhibition is a Real Estate & Construction event taking place 5-7 Apr 2027 at Jeddah Center for Exhibitions and Events, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
