When is the 2027 Summer Fancy Food Show?

July 25–27, 2027 in New York City. The following edition is set for July 9–11, 2028.

Is the show open to the public?

No. It is a trade-only event: every attendee must qualify and register, and guests who aren't in the specialty food business can't be brought along. No attendee under 18 is allowed on the show floor.

Can I get a refund or transfer my badge?

No. Registration payments are final, and badges can't be transferred to another person or another show. Pricing is lower in the Advanced and Standard periods than later.

Is there parking at the venue?

There's no parking at the convention center itself, but there are several garages and lots around the Javits Center.
