When and where is the Global Produce & Floral Show 2026?

Wednesday to Friday, October 14–16, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Pre-show tours and meetings take place on Tuesday, October 13.

What are the expo hours?

The expo is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16 in the OCCC West Halls A–C. Wednesday is dedicated to the State of the Industry, education and the Welcome Reception.

How much does registration cost?

An All Access Pass costs $1,695 for members ($2,545 non-members), with group discounts for members. A Trade Show Only Pass costs $1,195 for members ($1,795 non-members). Qualified retailers and foodservice operators can request a complimentary All Access Pass.

Is this the same event as Fresh Summit?

Yes. The Global Produce & Floral Show is IFPA's flagship show, previously known as Fresh Summit.

Can I bring children?

A free child badge is available for under-18s accompanied by a registered adult. Strollers, wheeled carts and large wheeled suitcases are not allowed on the exhibit floor during show hours.

About This Event

The Global Produce & Floral Show 2026 is a Food & Beverages event taking place 14-16 Oct 2026 at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, United States.

The Global Produce & Floral Show, formerly known as Fresh Summit, is the International Fresh Produce Association's flagship gathering for the fresh produce and floral industries. The 2026 edition moves to a Wednesday-to-Friday weekday schedule in Orlando and brings together global growers, suppliers, retail and foodservice buyers, and technology providers for sourcing, education and networking.

A Global Study Tour with Sprouts Farmers Market runs on Tuesday, October 13.
