H&T, the Salón de Innovación en Hostelería (Hospitality Innovation Show), is one of Spain's main annual meetings for the hospitality, hotel and tourism industries, held at FYCMA in Málaga. Leading companies, buyers with purchasing power and institutions meet to do business, share knowledge and discover equipment, technology, services and gastronomy. The 2027 edition is the 29th, with the slogan 'Eleva la experiencia'.

The 2026 edition, held in February 2026, gathered more than 600 companies and entities. Speakers and chefs at earlier editions included Ángel León, Jordi Cruz, Quique Dacosta and Abel Matutes.
