Business events in Riyadh: what is worth attending in 2026–27

Saudi Build: the official homepage promotes 1–4 November 2027 while retaining a 2–5 November 2026 block. The 2026 listing is not reconfirmed. Ask Riyadh Exhibitions Company before paying for travel.

Saudi Agriculture, 19–22 October: the homepage and visitor registration disagree on first-day opening time. Confirm 19 October access with the organizer. Infrastructure versus payments: Hyperscale Live KSA, Connected World KSA and Seamless list 9–10 November at Riyadh Front. Pick the exhibitor list that matches your suppliers, then check each badge separately; sharing a venue does not establish shared admission.

Riyadh's business event season runs from September to June, and the heaviest stretch is mid-October to December. As of 13 October 2026, atndr lists more than 120 upcoming business events in Riyadh, and over 60 of them fall in those weeks. November 2026 alone has more than 30. The spring brings the biggest names: LEAP 2027 and the World Energy Congress 2027 both run in April 2027. June 2027 is busy again at Riyadh Front, July is empty, and August has a single show.

Technology, AI and cybersecurity

LEAP 2027 runs 12–15 April 2027 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Centre (Malham) and is the city's largest technology event, with DeepFest 2027 on the same dates. Black Hat MEA 2026 (1–3 December 2026, Malham) is the pick for security teams; see the top security events in the Gulf. Infrastructure buyers have Hyperscale Live KSA 2026 (9–10 November 2026, Riyadh Front) and DCN Riyadh 2027, a one-day data centre conference on 27 January 2027. FII10 runs 26–29 October 2026 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center (KAICC). FII10 attendance registration closed on 10 October 2026. It is for members, government officials, strategic partners and invited delegates. Contact FII Institute about remaining eligibility; membership alone is not a confirmed place. SuperReturn Saudi Arabia 2027 (25–26 January 2027, Fairmont Riyadh) is for private equity and venture investors. Real estate and construction

Cityscape Global 2026 runs 16–19 November at Malham and serves property developers and investors. Construction-product buyers should treat Saudi Build 2026 as awaiting organizer reconfirmation: its homepage promotes November 2027 while retaining 2026 information. Do not rely on the earlier 2–5 November 2026 dates for travel. Vehicle and transport buyers have MOVE Riyadh 2026 (23–25 November 2026, free registration), Saudi Intermobility Expo 2026 a week later and Automechanika Riyadh 2027 (11–13 January 2027, Riyadh Front). For supply chains, the Global Logistics Forum 2026 meets at KAICC from 29 November 2026, late April 2027 brings Saudi Smart Logistics & Warehousing 2027, Saudi Plastics & Petrochem 2027 and Saudi Print & Pack 2027 to RICEC, and transport logistic Middle East 2027 follows on 8–10 June 2027 at Riyadh Front. Energy and mining

The World Energy Congress 2027 runs 26–29 April 2027 and expects about 18,000 energy stakeholders. Future Minerals Forum 2027 (January 2027, KAICC) is where the mining sector meets. Climatech 2026 and Solar & Storage Live Riyadh 2026 cover climate technology and renewables on 23–25 November 2026, and IFAT Saudi Arabia 2027 (water, waste and recycling) moved to 4–6 September 2027. Global Health Exhibition 2026 (26–29 October 2026, Malham) is the big healthcare exhibition. CPHI Middle East 2026 and BIO Middle East 2026 run together at Malham on 14–16 December 2026, the same days as MedTech Saudi 2026 and LabTech Saudi 2026 at Riyadh Front. Food, hospitality and travel

Saudi Agriculture 2026 (19–22 October 2026, RICEC) covers farming, poultry and agtech, and Saudi Food Expo 2026 follows in November. Host Arabia 2026 and HORECA Riyadh 2026 share Riyadh Front on 7–9 December 2026. Travel trade buyers have Saudi Travel Market (2–4 April 2027), and hotel investors have Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia 2027 (21–22 March 2027).

Most large business events in Riyadh happen at five venues. They are spread across the city, so book a hotel near yours.

Hotels host many summits, such as the Saudi Trade Finance Summit 2026 at the InterContinental and the United Nations World Data Forum 2026 (9–12 November 2026) at the Sofitel. Sort out four things early: your visa, your hotel, your badge and the opening hours.

• Visa. Saudi Arabia's tourist eVisa is open to citizens of eligible countries through the official eVisa portal. It is a one-year, multiple-entry visa for stays of up to 90 days, and the portal lists events among permitted activities.
• Hotels. In busy weeks (2–5, 9–10, 16–19 and 23–25 November 2026 each have several shows at once) rooms near the venues sell out early. Book as soon as your dates are fixed.
• Badges. Most trade exhibitions give free visitor passes to industry professionals who register in advance; the free visitor pass guide shows how. Conferences charge for delegate passes or, like FII10, admit mainly through membership.
• Hours. Many trade fairs open in the afternoon: Host Arabia 2026 runs 4 pm to 10 pm on 7 December and 2 pm to 10 pm on the next two days, and bauma Saudi Arabia 2027 opens at 4 pm each day.

Plan your meetings before you land: flagship events open matchmaking apps weeks ahead, and the best slots go early.

1. Pick the week, not just the event. On 9–10 November 2026 one day at Riyadh Front can cover payments, data centres, telecoms, e-commerce delivery and accounting.
2. Read the agenda for side events. Startup zones and evening receptions are often where deals start.
3. Register with a company email. Trade visitor passes are for industry professionals, and some organizers check.
4. Follow up the same week. A short note that mentions your conversation gets remembered.
